1. CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME TO "TOTM TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED"

1. CHANGE OF TRADING COUNTER NAME

The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Totm Technologies Limited (formerly known as "Yinda Infocomm Limited") (the "Company") refers to the circular to shareholders dated 8 September 2021 (the "Circular") in relation to, inter alia, the proposed change of name of the Company from "Yinda Infocomm Limited" to "Totm Technologies Limited" (the "Proposed Change of Name"). Unless otherwise defined, all capitalised terms used herein shall bear the same meanings ascribed to them in the Circular.

Further to the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 30 September 2021 where the special resolution relating to the Proposed Change of Name was duly passed by the members of the Company, the Board wishes to announce that the Notice of Resolution in relation to the Proposed Change of Name has been lodged with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore ("ACRA") on 6 October 2021. ACRA has on 6 October 2021 issued the electronic Notice of Change of Name and the Certificate Confirming Incorporation of Company to confirm that the Company has resolved to change its name to "Totm Technologies Limited" with effect from 6 October 2021.

The Company has arranged with the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited ("SGX-ST") to change its trading counter name on the Catalist Board of the SGX-ST from "Yinda Infocomm" to "Totm Technologies Limited" with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 12 October 2021.

The Company's trading code of "42F" will remain unchanged. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company's announcements released via SGXNet will be issued under the security name of "Totm Technologies Limited" with effect from 12 October 2021.
