Town Sports International Holdings Inc. announced that Patrick Walsh, Executive Chairman of the Company, has been appointed as the Company's Chief Executive Officer, effective September 30, 2016. The company also announced that Greg Bartoli, the Company's Chief Operating Officer, will be leaving the Company, effective September 30, 2016.
