Roda Computer Gmbh entered into conditional agreement to acquire Westek Technology Limited from TP Group plc (AIM:TPG) on £0.8 million on December 29, 2022. Completion of the disposal is subject to regulatory clearance in the UK.

The Company operates through two segments: TPG Maritime and TPG Services. The Company's TPG Maritime segment includes life support systems business. The TPG Services business segment provides specialist services to enable its clients to transform their enterprise and evolve their systems and services.
