TPG RE Finance Trust, Inc. announced that on June 13, 2022, the Company's Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.24 per share of common stock for the second quarter of 2022. The dividend will be payable on July 25, 2022 to common stockholders of record as of June 28, 2022.

Its principal business activity is to directly originate and acquire a diversified portfolio of commercial real estate related assets, consisting primarily of first mortgage loans and senior participation interests in first mortgage loans secured by institutional-quality properties in primary and select secondary markets in the United States. It invests primarily in commercial mortgage loans and other commercial real estate-related debt instruments. The Company's portfolio consists approximately 53 loans, which are held for investment.
