We are pleased to announce that TPL Trakker Limited has been awarded the Shariah Compliance Certificate and has been declared a Shariah Compliant Security by Al-Hilal Shariah Advisors (Private) Limited.
The said Certificate has been issued after a thorough analysis of the financial statements of the Company on the basis of various Shariah screening criteria including the criteria of the Pakistan Stock Exchange and the criteria issued by the Shariah Supervisory Council.
A disclosure form as required under S.R.O. 143(1)/2012 dated December 5, 2012 read with Section 131 of the Securities Act, 2015 is also enclosed as Annexure A.
