TQM Alpha Public Company Limited (SET:TQM) entered into the sales and purchase agreement to acquire 40% stake Builk One Group Company Limited for approximately THB 250 million on August 3, 2022. In 2021, Builk One Group had revenues of THB 341.1583 million, and net profit of THB 4.4290 million. The transaction of Builk One Group is subject to conditions, and the due diligence must be satisfied.

The Due diligence and/or Share acquisition transaction of Builk One Group is expected to completed within the third quarter of 2022.
