Helpfeel Inc. announced that it has raised ¥2,000 million in a round of funding led by new investor, Globis Capital Partners Co., Ltd. on December 11, 2023. The transaction also included participation from new investors, Investment Lab Co., Ltd.,Traders Holdings Co.,Ltd., returning investors, Salesforce Ventures, LLC and One Capital No. 1 Fund, a fund managed by One Capital, Inc. The company has raised ¥3,300 million in funding till date.
TRADERS HOLDINGS CO., LTD. is a holding company engaged in the provision of financial services. Through its subsidiaries, the Company operates in two business segments. The Securities Trading segment is engaged in the purchase, sale, brokerage and intermediary of securities of listed companies, as well as the purchase of bonds. The Foreign Exchange Trading segment is engaged in the provision of foreign currency-based financial derivative products, as well as the trading of foreign exchange margins and options. This segment provides an around-the-clock trading environment for its clients. This segment is also engaged in the management of assets that are used for the trading of foreign exchange margin and options.
