Trans Canada Gold Corp. announced that the Company has the results of the fifth full month of oil production, trucking and oil sales to Altex, Flint Hills and Cenovus Energy Ltd. The Lloydminster well has shipped over 5,776 barrels (bbl) for the short calendar month of February, and produced at an average daily rate of 199 bbl/d gross (38 bbl/d net) to the Company since being placed on production, representing its 18.75% working interest ownership. Production, shipping and sales commenced on the newly drilled well, on October 6th, 2023 and the new well, has now produced over 33,489 bbl of consistent steady oil production, to date.

The Company in October successfully drilled and completed seven (7) multi-lateral legs. The Company encountered oil throughout the entire 2675 meters of lateral oil pay in the Sparky formation. Croverro Energy Ltd. under the terms of the agreement will be Operator.

The Company recently completed the purchase of two strategic land and lease acquisitions pursuant to an AMI (Area of Mutual Interest) in a Farmout Agreement (Farmout) dated November 1, 2022. The strategic land and lease acquisition will now allow the Company to quickly start preparing for permitting and drilling of a second Multi-Lateral Horizontal Oil Well in the prolific heavy oil region of Lloydminster, Alberta. Trans Canada has been reviewing a number of additional land and drilling opportunities under the AMI.

The Company continues to explore additional exploration drilling opportunities in Canada and the United States.
