NOTICE OF BOARD MEETING AND ANNOUNCEMENT OF CLOSED PERIOD FOR 2022 AUDITED RESULTS
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors' meeting of Trans-Nationwide Express PLC. (The Company) is scheduled to hold on Tuesday, 21st March, 2023.
The meeting is principally to consider and approve the Company's Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31st December, 2022, (2022 AFS).
Pursuant to the Closed Period rule of the Nigerian Exchange Limited (the Exchange), the Company had commenced its closed period on Sunday, January 1, 2023 and will continue until 24 hours after the release of the Audited Financial Results.
In view of the above, no Director, person discharging managerial responsibility, employees with sensitive information, advisers and consultants of the Company and their connected persons may directly or indirectly deal in the securities of the Company until 24 hours after the release of the Audited Financial Results for the year ended 31st December 2022 through the Exchange's Issuers' Portal.
