Transaction Media Networks Inc. entered into an agreement to acquire WebSpace Co.,Ltd. from Takuo Fujita and others for approximately ¥890 million on November 14, 2023. Board of directors of Transaction Media Networks Inc have resolved the transaction. As of year ended June 2023, WebSpace Co.,Ltd reported revenue of ¥1,264 million, total common equity of ¥414 million, EBIT of ¥59 million, net income of ¥41 million and total assets of ¥1,242 million.

The transaction is expected to be closed by December 26, 2023.
