  1. The reported results are based on non-IFRS financial measures for which a complete definition is presented in the table on the first page in Mangement's discussion and analysis report and for which a reconciliation to financial information in accordance with IFRS is presented in Table #2 in Management's discussion and analysis report, in the section entitled "Reconciliation of Non-IFRS Financial Measures" and in Note #3 "Segmented Information" to the consolidated financial statements for the year ended October 25, 2020.
  2. The results for the year ended October 25, 2020 reflect the impact of the adoption of the new IFRS 16 accounting standard which applies th the Corporation for its fiscal year beginning October 28, 2019. The Corporation adopted the new standard using the modified retrospective transition method, whereby the cumulative impact of initial application has been reflected in opening retained earnings as at October 28, 2019, whitout restatement of comparative figures. Consequently, data might not be comparable. Please refer to Note 2 to the annual consolidated financial statements for more information on the adoption of the new standard and Table #2 in Management's discussion and analysis report.
