BRE Asia Urban Holdings Ltd executed securities subscription and purchase agreement to acquire 10% stake in Allcargo Logistics and Industrial Parks Pvt Ltd from Transindia Real Estate Limited (NSEI:TREL) for INR 40.7 million on February 28, 2024. The 10% stake is equivalent to 0.18 million shares in Allcargo Logistics and Industrial Parks. The shareholders of Transindia Real Estate has approved the transaction and is expected to close on March 31, 2024.
