Transmissora Alianca Energia Eletrica : Notice to the Market - Significant Increase of Interest - 11/06/2017

NOTICE TO THE MARKET

Transmissora Aliança de Energia Elétrica S.A. ('Taesa' or 'Company'), in accordance with the article 12 of Instruction CVM 358/02, as amended, hereby announces to its shareholders, the market in general and other interested parties that, on November 4th, 2017, it received a letter from by Maple-Brown Abbott Limited('MBA'), informing that, as of August 1st, 2017, MBA holds 27,455,800 (twenty seven million, four hundred fifty five thousand, eight hundred) Taesa's preferred shares, derived from their holding of 13,727,900 (thirteen million, seven hundred twenty seven thousand, nine hundred) Unit shares from the Company, and representing 6.20% of the total preferred shares.

As informed on this letter, Maple-Brown Abbott Limited states that:

a) its interest in the Company extends only as far as maintaining a diversified trading portfolio, and thus, it has no interest in altering the composition of the control or administrative structures of Taesa;

b) it has not entered in any agreement or contract regulating the right to vote or purchase and sell securities issued by Taesa; and

c) all of the registered shareholders in the attached schedule are legal entities constituted outside of Brazil.
