The Company's wholly owned subsidiaries include Benchmark Holding Company, Compstar Insurance Services LLC and Trean Corporation (Trean Corp). Benchmark Holding Company is a property and casualty insurance holding company. Trean Corporation is a reinsurance intermediary manager and a managing general agent.
