Tri Viet Securities Joint Stock Corporation (HOSE:TVB) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 2,503,500 shares, at a price of VND 10,000 per share, for VND 25,035 million. The purpose of the program is to buy back shares from employees who retired.
The repurchases are expected to take place during the fourth quarter of 2023.
