Triboo chooses Matteo Pizzagalli as new chief financial officer

(Alliance News) - Triboo Spa announced Tuesday that it has appointed Matteo Pizzagalli as its new chief financial officer, effective immediately.

Pizzagalli, 36, worked for 12 years at EY, after graduating in Administration, Corporate Finance and Control from Bocconi University, holding managerial positions of increasing responsibility and providing services for relevant multinational groups. He will replace the resigning Matteo Cornelli.

"Matteo Pizzagalli, in addition to being a valuable professional, has gained deep experience in the Digital and Media world and fully understands the nature of the group ? commented Riccardo Maria Monti, chairman of the board of Triboo ? The appointment is in continuity with the objective of ensuring an acceleration of the process of corporate reorganization and implement the industrial plan of the group."

Triboo's stock is up 1.3 percent at EUR0.80 per share.
