Insurights Inc. announced that it will receive $46,569,986.00 in funding on December 28, 2023. The company will issue 24,797,430 series A preferred shares at issue price of $1.876 per share for the gross proceeds $46,519,978.68, 33,316 series A-1 preferred shares at issue price of $1.501 per share for the gross proceeds $50,0007.32 in the transaction. The shares will be convertible in common shares at a fixed conversion price of $1.876, $1.501 per share respectively.
