Trinity Limited Announces Resignation of Patrick Sun as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, Chairman of the Audit Committee, A Member of the Nomination Committee and A Member of the Remuneration Committee

The board of directors of Trinity Limited announced that Mr. Patrick SUN resigned as an Independent Non-executive Director of the Company and ceased to act as the chairman of the Audit Committee, a member of the Nomination Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee of the Board with effect from 19 November 2020 in order to devote more time to his other personal affairs.
