Teleport Commerce Company Limited agreed to acquire 50% stake in Teleport Co., Ltd from Triple i Logistics Public Company Limited for THB 13.35 million.

Teleport Commerce (Thailand) Company Limited agreed to acquire 50% stake in Teleport (Thailand) Co., Ltd from Triple i Logistics Public Company Limited (SET:III) for THB 13.35 million on February 22, 2022. For the year ended December 2021, total revenue was THB 576.26, total assets were THB 102.81 million, net profit was THB 18.28 million and total common equity was THB 26.69 million. The transaction has been approved by board of Triple i Logistics Public Company Limited.

Triple i Logistics will dispose of its shares in February 2022.
