(Alliance News) - TruSpine Technologies PLC on Tuesday said it has raised GBP50,000 through a subscription of shares.

The London Gatwick Airport-based medical device company said it has raised GBP50,000 through a subscription of 2.0 million new shares priced at 2.5 pence per share.

Shares in TruSpine were untraded at 2.32 pence each in London on Tuesday morning. In the last 12 months the stock is down 39%.

TruSpine did not say how it will use the fundraise.
