Tubacex, S.A. Announced earnings results for the full year ended December 31, 2020. For the full year, the company announced sales was EUR 479.622 million compared to EUR 613.545 million a year ago. Operating loss was EUR 11.949 million compared to operating Income of EUR 22.789 million a year ago. Net loss was EUR 25.303 million compared to net income of EUR 11.149 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was EUR 0.2 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of EUR 0.11 a year ago. Diluted loss per share from continuing operations was EUR 0.19 compared to diluted earnings per share from continuing operations of EUR 0.11 a year ago.

The Company's main activity is the manufacture, distribution and sale of seamless stainless steel tubes and pipes. The Companyâs product portfolio also includes hollow bars, steel and fittings.
