TUI : Vladimir Lukin resigns from the Supervisory Board

Mr Vladimir Lukin has resigned from his mandate on the Supervisory Board of TUI AG with effect from 3 March 2022.

He informed TUI that he had previously terminated his contractual relationship with Severgroup.

Mr Lukin had been a member of the Supervisory Board of TUI AG since 5 June 2019.
