Notice of Pre-Close Trading Update and Full Year Results

Tungsten Corporation plc (LSE:TUNG), the global electronic invoicing, analytics and financing company, confirms the following financial calendar dates in relation to its financial results for the 12 months ended 30 April 2017:

Pre-close trading update	24 May 2017
Full Year results announced	24 July 2017

The Full Year results announcement will be followed by a conference call with analysts and investors on 24 July 2017. Details of this call will be announced in due course.

The Company operates through Tungsten Network segment, which includes the e-invoicing and spend analytics business of Tungsten Network. The Company offers both accounts payable and accounts receivable e-invoicing solutions. Its Tungsten Workflow solutions helps its customers in matching purchase order (PO) based invoices, approving nonstandard invoices and processing exceptions.
