The Company delivers software-defined wide area networking (SD-WAN) solutions as a white label, containerized, disaggregated software platform that OEM channel partners host, manage, brand, and price, and as a managed cloud-native service. Turnium SD-WAN is available through a channel partner program designed for telecommunications service providers, Internet and managed service providers, system integrators, and value-added resellers. In addition, the Company delivers services through a wholly owned subsidiary, Tenacious Networks Inc. (TNET), which provides channel partners with professional services, as well as end-customer businesses with information technology (IT) services and support services including managed desktop, hosted voice and computer hardware, network, and security sales. The Company hosts and delivers its managed service from its own data centers in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, New York, and Los Angeles.
