Twenty-four seven Inc. announced that it expects to receive ¥250.193 million in funding from Evolution Capital Management LLC

Twenty-four seven Inc. entered into a purchase agreement for 694,400 shares at an issue price JPY 360 per share for gross proceeds of JPY 249,984,000, 5,000 units of 10th stock acquisition rights at an issue price of JPY 37 per acquisition right for gross proceeds of JPY 185,000, 4,000 units of 11th stock acquisition rights at an issue price of JPY 5 per acquisition right for gross proceeds of JPY 20,000 and 4,000 units of 12th stock acquisition rights at an issue price of JPY 1 per acquisition right for gross proceeds of JPY 4,000 for an aggregate gross proceeds of JPY 250,193,000 on September 15, 2023. The transaction will include participation from Hiroo Kojima for 694,400 shares and EVO FUND for Stock Acquisition Rights. The transaction is expected to close on October 2, 2023.

The stock acquisition rights exercised into 1,300,000 shares at an exercise price of JPY 322 per share. The exercise period for the 10th stock acquisition rights to the 12th stock acquisition rights is from October 3, 2023 to October 4, 2027.
