On May 25, 2021, Hyro AI Inc. closed the transaction. The company has amended and received $10,500,000 in funding led by new investor, Spero Ventures. The transaction also included participation from new investors, Twilio Inc, Mindset Ventures, existing investors, Hanaco Venture Capital Ltd., Spider Capital and Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator. The company has raised $15,000,000 in total funding till date.
