U City Public Company Limited Announces Resignation of Paisal Tarasansombat as Independent Director and as Member of Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee

U City Public Company Limited announced that Mr. Paisal Tarasansombat has resigned from his position as the Independent Director, the Audit Committee and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company due to his significantly increased missions in the next year which may affects his capacity to effectively perform his duty as the director, with effect from 25 December 2019 onwards.
