LeadsOnline, LLC acquired Ultra Electronics Forensic Technology, Inc. from Ultra Electronics Holdings plc on September 5, 2023. The combined company will be headquartered in Plano, Texas, under the leadership of Finley. Forensic Technology will operate as a LeadsOnline company with the current Forensic Technology management team continuing to serve in their leadership roles. Goodwin Procter LLP acted as legal counsel and Deloitte Corporate Finance LLC acted as financial advisor to LeadsOnline, LLC. Harris Williams as exclusive M&A advisor,Will Boothby and Benjamin Dionn, Joseph Tootle and Sehj Vather, Matt Lovell, Shellie Friedman from Kirkland & Ellis LLP acted as legal counsel, and KPMG LLP (United Kingdom), Investment Banking Arm acted as financial advisor to Ultra Electronics Holdings plc.
