The Interactive Customer Experience (ICX) Association is hosting a one-day virtual event, #ElevateICX, on July 15 sponsored by Acquire.

The symposium will explore how innovative brands are using interactive technology to elevate the customer experience.

Amber Gadsby, director of digital retail innovation for Domino's, will give the keynote address in a talk entitled "How Domino's Built Systems and a Culture for Fast and Nimble Innovation."

Domino's has been a tech innovator for several years, from testing autonomous delivery vehicles to increasing its accuracy on delivery status and creating delivery hotspots.

The keynote will be followed by a panel session "CX Strategies Post-COVID: What Stays and What Goes?" featuring Grant Buntje from Mall of America, Christiana DiMattesa from Under Armour, Lindsey Goldstein from the Behr Paint Company and EJ Kritz from ath Power Consulting.

Additional session topics include:

  • Virtual CX - How To Provide a Compelling Customer Experience Remotely.
  • Is Cashierless Retail a Niche Play or Long-Term Trend?
  • Bopis and Curbside: Lessons Learned From the Past Year.

Event speakers include:

  • Susan Carroll-Boser, VP of technology, White Castle.

Rounding out the day will be a presentation announcing the winners of the annual ICX Association's Elevate Awards and sponsor tech demos.
