The Companyâs subsidiary, American Acceptance Corporation (AAC), provides insurance financing. The Company also provides membership association services through Insurance Club, Inc. The Companyâs subsidiary, U.S. Risk Managerâs Inc. (U.S. Risk), provides claims adjustment services. Crusader Insurance Company (Crusader), the Company's insurance company subsidiary, underwrote commercial property and casualty insurance. Crusader Insurance Company is licensed as an admitted insurance carrier in the states of Arizona, California, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington.
