Motion for Joint Administration Approved for Unique Fabricating, Inc.

The US Bankruptcy Court granted an order for the joint administration of the Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases of Unique Fabricating, Inc. and its affiliates on November 13, 2023. The affiliates include Unique Fabricating NA Inc. Unique-Prescotech Inc, Unique-Chardan Inc, Unique Molded Foam Technologies Inc, Unique Fabricating South Inc, Unique-Intasco USA Inc, and Unique Fabricating Realty LLC. The cases would be jointly administered for administrative and procedural purposes.
Unique Fabricating, Inc. has been designated as the lead debtor.
Unique Fabricating, Inc. engineers and manufactures components for customers in the transportation, appliance, medical, and consumer / off-road markets. The Companyâs solutions are comprised of multi-material foam, rubber, and plastic components and are utilized in noise, vibration and harshness (NVH) management, acoustical management, water and air sealing, decorative and other functional applications.
