CORPORATE ACTION ANNOUNCEMENT

United Bank for Africa Plc hereby announces as follows:

Period Ended	December 31, 2023
Proposed Dividend	A Final Dividend of N2.30k for every ordinary share of 50 kobo each (bringing the total
	dividend for the financial year ended December 31, 2023 to N2.80k), subject to
	applicable withholding tax, will be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the
	Register of Members as at the close of business on Friday, May 10, 2024.
Proposed Bonus	NIL
Closure of Register	The Bank's Register of Members will be closed on Monday, May 13, 2024.
Qualification Date	Friday, May 10, 2024
Payment Date	On Friday, May 24, 2024, the final dividend will be paid electronically to shareholders
	whose names appear on the Register of Members as at close of business on Friday,
	May 10, 2024 and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated
	the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts.
E-Dividend	Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration are advised to
Registration	download the E-Dividend Mandate Form, which is available at
	http://www.africaprudential.com, complete and submit to the Registrar at the
	address below, any UBA Branch, or their respective banks. Alternatively, scanned

Unclaimed Dividend	Shareholders with dividend warrants and share certificates that have remained
Warrants and Share	unclaimed or are yet to be presented for payment or returned for validation are
