On August 4, 2023, UNITEKNO Co.,Ltd closed the transaction. The company raised KRW 15,000 through issuing series 3 non-guaranteed convertible bonds in its first tranche closing.
On the same day, the company raised KRW 10,000 through issuing series 4 unregistered coupon unguaranteed private bond with warrants in its second tranche closing.
UNITEKNO Co.,Ltd. is a Korea-based company primarily engaged in manufacture of automotive parts. The Company's products mainly consist of window regulators, which are used for window motors; fuel rails, plastic valves, vane slides and wiper seal, which are used for engine power train systems; end bells and power modules which are used for transmission; rotors which is used for electronic power steering (EPS) systems, and other parts, which are used for anti-lock brake systems (ABSs). The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
