Unitel High Technology Corp. (GTSM:3642) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 2,000,000 shares, representing 6.3% of the issued share capital, for a total of TWD 517.96 million.

The maximum price will be paid as TWD 36 per share and the minimum price will be paid as TWD 26 per share. The repurchases will be valid until August 25, 2015.
