Unity Software Inc. (NYSE:U) acquired Interactive Data Visualization, Inc. on July 14, 2021. Unity will retain all ten SpeedTree employees. Eric McCrath of Morrison & Foerster LLP acted as legal advisor to Unity Software Inc.

(NYSE:U) completed the acquisition of Interactive Data Visualization, Inc. on July 14, 2021. om Brumgardt, Mason Hogue, Sean Hastings, Emma Cummings, Elliot Loncar, Ken Janik, Paul Cox, Daniel Lumm, Debbie Durban, Billy Ching and Branden Baltich of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP acted as legal advisor to Interactive Data Visualization, Inc.
