Universal Microelectronics Co., Ltd. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 1,179.8 million compared to TWD 1,314.63 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 92.69 million compared to TWD 102.52 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.73 compared to TWD 0.81 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.73 compared to TWD 0.81 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was TWD 3,596.8 million compared to TWD 3,442.12 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 147.79 million compared to TWD 174.25 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 1.17 compared to TWD 1.37 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 1.16 compared to TWD 1.37 a year ago.
