The Company's completed properties include The Goodwood Residence, Aster Green Residence and Komune Living & Wellness. Its Laurel Residence consists of Two blocks of 42-storey residential towers, housing a total of approximately 1,260 units which is located in Bangsar South. Its subsidiaries include Ceylon Hills Sdn Bhd and Concord Housing Development Sdn Bhd.
