Urbi, Desarrollos Urbanos, S.A.B. De C.V. Announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2021. For the second quarter, the company announced sales was MXN 36.773 million compared to MXN 39.077 million a year ago. Operating loss was MXN 972,000 compared to MXN 50.534 million a year ago. Net income was MXN 1.079 million compared to net loss of MXN 51.207 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was MXN 0.09 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of MXN 4.4 a year ago. For the half year, sales was MXN 78.153 million compared to MXN 114.730 million a year ago. Operating loss was MXN 3.653 million compared to MXN 9.329 million a year ago. Net loss was MXN 10.590 million compared to MXN 9.462 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was MXN 0.91 compared to MXN 0.81 a year ago.
