Ursus : Correction of the Consolidated Financial Statement of the Capital Group URSUS for 2016

The Management Board of URSUS S.A. hereby informs about correction of the Consolidated Financial Statement of the Capital Group URSUS for 2016 published on the 21 March 2017 (Statement). The correction refers to the data included in the Consolidated Financial Statement of the Capital Group URSUS for 2016 in the following positions:

1. in the point 2 "Consolidated statement of comprehensive income" on p. 5 in the data presented in the information on the total income concerning the overestimation amount of investment real estates and financial instruments;

2. in the point 4 "Consolidated statement of cash flows" on p. 7 in the data concerning the cash flows from operating and investment activities and, as a result, the change in cash;

3. in the point 18 "Information of the operating segments" on p. 25 regarding correct presentation of the data from the profit and loss statement, the data concerning financial activities and the result before consolidation eliminations were corrected, and regarding correct presentation of the data from the balance sheet, the data concerning the equity, assets and unassigned assets and as a result of this correction, regarding the balance sheet total were corrected.

The Issuer will publish the Consolidated Financial Statement for 2016 in a separate report.

The legal basis of transmission of this report is of the Art. 56 sec. 1 point 2 of the Act on Public Offering dated July 29th 2005 in connection with §6 sec. 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 regarding current and interim reports.
