US Lighting Group, Inc. (OTCPK:USLG) acquired Mig Marine Corp. from Paul Spivak for $6.8 million on August 5, 2022. A 10% deposit of $638,333 will be payable by US Lighting on or before August 5, 2023. The balance of $6,195,000 will be payable on the Closing Date through the issuance of the Promissory Note. The purchase price was completely seller-financed. The transaction is expected to close on or before August 31, 2022.
