Utechzone Co., Ltd. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2022. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 774.7 million compared to TWD 591.23 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 191.95 million compared to TWD 86.86 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 3.21 compared to TWD 1.45 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 3.18 compared to TWD 1.44 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was TWD 1,209.51 million compared to TWD 1,027.33 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 269.37 million compared to TWD 127.41 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 4.5 compared to TWD 2.13 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 4.44 compared to TWD 2.11 a year ago.
UTECHZONE CO., LTD is principally engaged in the research and development, manufacture and sales of automatic detection systems, provision of the technical and advisory services of products, import and export of products and the agency of related productsâ offer and distribution. The company's main products include printed circuit board (PCB) / integrated circuit (IC) carrier automatic optical detection equipment, thin film transistor liquid crystal display (TFT-LCD) / touch panel automatic optical detection equipment, small hardness automatic measurement systems and image processing systems. The Company distributes its products within the domestic market and to overseas markets.
