If item 8.7 is less than 2 quarters, please provide answers to the following questions:

8.8.1 Does the entity expect that it will continue to have the current level of net operating

cash flows for the time being and, if not, why not?

Answer: No. As announced in May 2020, settlement of the sale of the Radio Gold Project

completed and the final project development costs ceased for the Radio Gold

Project which has resulted in lower net operating cashflows with final payments with

respect to this project paid in July 2020. Net Operating cashflows will increase again

in FY2021 following completion of the Pitchblende acquisition (referred to below and

subject to shareholder and ASX approvals).

8.8.2 Has the entity taken any steps, or does it propose to take any steps, to raise further

cash to fund its operations and, if so, what are those steps and how likely does it

believe that they will be successful?

Answer: Yes, as announced on 22 October 2020, Valor has entered into a transaction for

the acquisition of Pitchblende Pty Ltd which, subject to all necessary shareholder

and ASX approvals, includes a capital raising of $800,000.
