VAN XUAN VT JOINT STOCK COMPANY Van Xuan Telecommunications JSC (HASTC:VAT) agreed to acquire 51% stake in Huy Thanh Investment and Construction JSC for VND 3.1 billion on May 24, 2014. Van Xuan Telecommunications will acquire 0.31 million shares at VND 10,000 per share. The transaction is approved by the shareholders of Van Xuan Telecommunications.
