Vector Resources Limited (ASX:VEC) entered into a binding agreement with Société Minière de Kilo-Moto SARL for an oversubscribed private placement of 180,000,000 shares at a price of AUD 0.018 for gross proceeds of AUD 3,240,000 on December 7, 2017. The company will pay fees of 6% in the transaction. The transaction is expected to close during the week commencing December 11, 2017.
