On March 6, 2023, Paul Chamberlain informed the board of directors (the "Board") of Veeva Systems Inc. ("Veeva") of his intention to retire from his role as a director on the Board, effective immediately prior to the 2023 annual meeting of Veeva's shareholders (the "2023 Annual Meeting"). Therefore, Mr. Chamberlain will not stand for re-election at the 2023 Annual Meeting.
