The Board's comments on this appointment (including rationale, selection criteria, and the search and nomination process)	In line with Venture Corporation Ltd's (the Company) planned and structured approach for developing capable employees to serve its current and projected business objectives, Mr Wong Chee Kheong, Senior Vice President of the Group's Healthcare and Wellness Business, Global Supply Base Management & IT of the Group will be promoted as Chief Operating Officer (COO), succeeding Mr Lee Ghai Keen, with effect from 1 January 2022. He has considerable experience across different business sectors, from providing leadership to critical product development and manufacturing, leading strategic procurement and overseeing the Group's IT systems. Having assessed Chee Kheong's qualifications and 18 years of working experience with the Company, the Board and the Nominating Committee are of the view that Chee Kheong is suitably qualified to be COO.
