Veolia CEO : It Should Take Two to Three Months to Find Agreement With Suez -Le Figaro

--Veolia Environnement SA's Chief Executive Antoine Frerot said two to three months of talks with Suez SA could bring about an agreement for a full takeover of its rival, which Suez opposes, Mr. Frerot told Le Figaro in an interview.

--Mr. Frerot said he wrote to Suez Chairman Philippe Varin to propose a resumption of talks, pointing out public authorities in France also urged the two companies to have discussions, Le Figaro reports.
