On December 21, 2022, Verano Holdings Corp. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing the grand opening of MÜV Lake City on Friday, December 23, 2022, bringing the Company's total dispensary count to 62 in Florida and 120 nationwide. A copy of such press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
