The subsidiaries of Vertiv Holdings Co (NYSE:VRT) entered into a definitive agreement to acquire all of the shares of CoolTera Ltd. on December 4, 2023. The transaction includes certain contracts, patents, trademarks, and intellectual property from an affiliate of CoolTera. The acquisition is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2023, subject to customary closing conditions.
