Veson Holdings Limited Announces Appointment of Mr. Ni Chen Hui as an Executive Director and A Member of the Corporate Governance Committee

Veson Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Ni Chen Hui has been appointed as an executive Director and a member of the corporate governance committee of the Board with effect from 9 October 2023. Mr. Ni joined the Group in June 2019. Prior to joining the Group, he had over 10 years' experience in the financial industry.

Since joining the Group, Mr. Ni has participated in the Group's strategic planning and development, financing, industrial park construction, operation and risk management.
